RAMBIA Orphanage Care School gets sanitary improvement boost

Thanks to Wereld Missiehulp kind donation. Rambia Orphanage Care School recieved funding from Wereld Missiehulp Projecten to construct a standard toilet facility for the school. The toilet facility will serve about 400 pupils, most of whom are orphans and vulnerable children.

The orphanage primary school started in 2013 to meet the urgent need to provide targeted education to children orphaned by HIV/AIDS and the the Allied Democratic  Forces insurgency in Western Uganda. Katebwa Sub Country where RAMBIA largely operates was a centre point of the bloody rebellion. The school started with 150 children and currently enrols over 400 children and growing.

Without the helping hand of friends and partners, this would project would not not be possible. In the past the project has received support from Michael Wills from Canada, Jan Standaert from Belgium and Tetherdown Primary School from London.
